Please note that for most projects of reasonable length I prefer to take a look at the source document first in order to assess the difficulty and complexity of the text.  This allows me to make a better judgement of the time and effort that will be required on my part to translate the text.  My translation rates are per word from the source text.  General Rates are 0.10 USD per source word.  Rates may vary depending on the nature of the text.
